Project Overview
As part of the Stockland African Food Store re-design, specialized Bakery and Butcher sections were created to meet the highest standards of food safety, efficiency, and production capacity.
The bakery was equipped with two giant industrial ovens to support large-scale baking operations, while the butchery was fitted with modern meat processing and display facilities. A fire-coated ceiling roof was installed to add an extra layer of fire safety across the space, making it a model for safe and hygienic food handling.
