The renovation was designed to not only enhance the visual appeal of the branch but also improve operational efficiency and customer comfort. The work carried out included restructuring of interior spaces, upgrading key banking facilities, and introducing modern finishes that reflect Ecobank’s Pan-African identity.
Scope of Work:
External and Internal Screeding: To ensure durable and smooth finishes for walls and ceilings.
Painting: Application of high-quality, modern paint for both interior and exterior, enhancing aesthetics and longevity.
Interlocking Stone Area: Installation of interlocking paving stones to provide a neat, durable, and safe outdoor surface.
ATM Danpalon Canopy: Provision of a durable, weather-resistant covering for ATM users, ensuring comfort and protection.
Entrance Slab and Stair Rails: Redesign and reinforcement of the main entrance and staircases for improved safety, accessibility, and customer flow.

During execution, discrepancies were identified between the Contract BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and actual site realities. These were addressed through stakeholder engagement and adjustments in quantities for specific tasks such as screeding, painting, and installation works. The collaboration between Ecobank, project consultants, and contractors ensured issues were resolved without impacting overall delivery.
