The construction of the Foursquare National Secretariat at Shasha Road, Idimu, Lagos, stands as a landmark project designed to strengthen the administrative backbone of the church while providing modern facilities for religious, social, and community development activities. This iconic structure was envisioned as more than just an office building, it was designed to serve as a functional, multipurpose hub for the national operations of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria.

As a team member on this project, we contributed to the design, planning, and execution of a building complex that integrates state-of-the-art facilities with practical usability. The Secretariat was intentionally planned to accommodate not just administrative offices but also multipurpose halls, meeting rooms, and specialized service areas that can support the growing needs of the church at both local and national levels.

Key Features of the Project

Administrative Offices

A fully functional office layout was created to host the National Administrative Supporting System Office, departmental units, and other essential offices. These spaces are designed for efficiency, comfort, and seamless day-to-day coordination of national operations.

Multipurpose Halls

The Secretariat features halls of various sizes, designed to host a range of events including leadership meetings, training sessions, conferences, and religious gatherings. Each hall is equipped with modern finishes and adaptable layouts to accommodate small, medium, and large-scale events.

Kitchen Facilities

To support both routine operations and large gatherings, the building incorporates standard kitchens as well as industrial-grade kitchens. These provide capacity for catering during conferences, conventions, and national programs hosted at the Secretariat.
