Project Background
In 2020, during the #EndSARS protest, the Ecobank branch at Ngwa Road, Aba was vandalized and left in ruins. The once-functional banking facility was rendered unfit for operations, disrupting customer services and posing significant challenges to both staff and clients.
Faced with the urgent need to restore operations, Ecobank entrusted us with the remodeling and full renovation of the branch. Despite the scale of destruction, the project was successfully completed in just 10 weeks, transforming the site into a modern, secure, and customer-friendly banking facility.Client: Ecobank Nigeria

Scope of Work
The renovation covered extensive structural, security, and interior works, including:
Installation of teller counters
Office partitions for optimized space management
Tiling works for durability and aesthetics
Electrical and plumbing works
Stanchion metal works and curtain wall installations
Stainless steel railings
Felting of security and ATM house
Installation of reinforced security doors
Installation of ceiling boards and windows
Screeding of internal walls for smooth finishes
Installation of felt membrane for waterproofing
